Ethics & Compliance

Mission Statement

Electroimpact has a nearly flat business structure and as a result demands and supports individual integrity and effort. This ethics and integrity policy will be reflected in our business practices at all levels. It is Electroimpact’s policy that kickbacks and bribes are not consistent with our Code of Business Ethics and will not be tolerated. Employees should not attempt to pay off customer representatives nor should they agree to pay customer representatives for their business.

Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Electroimpact is committed to sourcing from reputable suppliers who utilize ethical work practices, comply with all local legal requirements and fairly compensate their employees. Electroimpact will not work with companies who use Slave Labor or unethical work practices. In order to ensure this we work only with reputable and well established companies as suppliers. These suppliers are typically located in countries with strong, established legal systems forbidding Slave Labor. In all instances where a new company is being considered for major supply work Electroimpact will do a site audit to examine the actual facilities where the work will be done.

This statement is made in accordance with section 54(1) of The (UK) Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Electroimpact's anti-slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 30/09/2024
